Michael is keen to keep on unravelling the mystery of culture by examining how the experience of living or working in a particular cultural setting impacts on our functioning as individuals. Especially important are the various socialization processes that bring us into membership in that given culture. Michael's focus is on our social behaviours, and on how our identification with that culture amplifies our personality dispositions realised in how we function with others in that cultural group.
