Research Interests
In the first stream of his research, Julian Pfrombeck focuses on social interactions at work among age-diverse employees (e.g., knowledge transfer, feedback, speaking up) and their implications for personal development, social relationships, as well as organizational learning and success. The second stream of his research investigates how individuals navigate their careers, job changes, and job search during unemployment, especially in the later stages of their work life.
